Who Am I?

I'm an author, traveler, and storyteller at heart. Writing has been my passion for years, from poetry and nonfiction to my soon-to-be-released Christian suspense novel, Stalked in Sedona—the first in an exciting new series.

For seven years, I traveled full-time across the United States with my hubby and our beloved goldendoodle; chronicling our adventures on my blog, Wheels and Sails. That journey was interrupted by a battle with Stage 3B colon cancer—but through God’s miraculous healing, I’m now cancer-free and back on the road. My experiences, both in travel and faith, inspire every word I write.

Previously, I authored Homeschooling: The Journey is the Reward and created HOMESCHOOLOPOLY, a board game celebrating the homeschool experience. These ventures led me to speak at numerous homeschool conferences, where I connected with families on their own educational journeys. My focus now is crafting compelling fiction that blends faith, adventure, and suspense.

My best friend and hubby since 1984 is Greg. Together, we live full-time on our fifth wheel RV with our overly loved, overly spoiled, and absolutely perfect (in our eyes) miniature golden doodle, Popeye. Greg and I (and yes, Popeye too) are the ones who you will be reading the most about in these pages. Together we live, work, and explore in our cozy 410 square foot home on wheels. We do a lot of playing as well, and that’s done in the ever changing and amazing landscape that makes up our great country and sometimes even beyond! We absolutely love the fact that we have a different “front” yard with a brand-new view every few weeks.
